When i was small some elders use to ask me ,"Son what you want to become when you grow up". i had different answers at different stages of my life. Early childhood i wanted to be an artist a poet. Than as i grew a bit older i wanted to be a cricketer. That was one dream i was very passionate about and i worked a lot for it too. But than some where down the line i realised my true dream based on my ability that i wanted to be a businessman, a businessman of a stature that no one had ever imagined. I alway dreamt big to a point of being unrealistic to certain people, but i belive if its realistic its not a dream. to achieve that unrealistic dream one has to make realistic goals. But today as i write this that dream is modified a bit. Its not only about big money and power any more its about making a difference and impacting lives in a positive way.

i am glad that i have already started working towards that dream whole heartedly, not only this but i am happy that whatever life i have lived till now i followed my dreams and also will always be grateful to the people close to me, my parents, close friends who have always supported also in my craziest of action.

However, i have seen and experienced that, there is a "thief" which goes around stealing our dreams and robbing us of the necessary mental state to attain our goals.

Sometimes, the thief will come as a parent, a relative, a friend or a co-worker, but the greatest thief is, so many times, just ourselves.

We find ourselves just about reaching the pinnacle, and this "small" voice inside says, "You'll never make it." "You can't possibly do this." "Very few have ever done this successfully." And on and on the "small" voice predicts some kind of failure. Failure, though, is exactly how dreams are realized. It is one of the most important tools we have, because it teaches us invaluable lessons. And, when we learn these lessons well, we are poised and ready for success, which is probably just around the corner.

My parents alway use to tell me from the childhood "You are smart enough, good-looking enough, strong enough, and worthy of reaching the stars. The human spirit is indomitable. If you can conceive it, and your heart can believe it, you can achieve it."

I believe that we should live our dreams. Imagine yourself in the life you dream of living. Then in your heart, believe it will happen for you. Some dreams may fail but i believe dreams should be so mighty that its worthy even to lose. So, be true to your dream, and don't let anyone steal it from you -- especially yourself. You can do anything your heart desires, so don't give up or give in. Let the dream in you live
